Balancing creative content development and consumer rights on the one hand and digital rights on the other is never easy. Canada is apparently the next country to be imposing constraints and restrictions on consumer rights to protect, through backup, their investments in commercial electronic media, DVD and audio, to limit satire and parody, and to constrain fair and open reviews of products by consumers. Have a look at this cute program that frames the issues in an amusing way. Cheers to IBM blogger Pearson for bringing this to our attention.
